Life in a Buddhist Monastery
Young Monks is a short reportage focused on documenting more playful side of young novice monks in Buddhist Monastery in Bagan, Burma. For the longest time, I was captivated by the cultural, natural heritage as well as the religious aspect of Burmese people. While living in Thailand an opportunity to travel to Burma on assignment presented itself and while most of my time was spent documenting ancient pagodas, I was able to capture some of the young residents playfully spending their free time.
